Nia – Be the Sacred Athlete

Nia is a form of physical fitness moving and using all parts of the body to music.  Developed by Debbie and Carlos Rosas, Nia uses key movements from Martial  Arts, Dance Arts, and Healing Arts, and is offered as a fitness class in many Health and Fitness Centers.

Grace is a certified Nia Instructor, and enjoys offering Nia to assist people in moving their bodies to keep fit and in motion.

Wednesdays at 8:30 am – March 27, April 3

Fridays at 10:15 am – February 22, March 29, April 5, May 10.

Nia at the Fort Collins Senior Center, every Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 pm, Yarrow Room, with Black Belt Instructor, Jana Knezovich.
