We offer a lovely Short-term Vacation Studio just 8 blocks from Old Town.

The studio is a retreat and garden sanctuary in the Heart of Fort Collins.  It is a 420 sq ft private detached building (Carriage House), alley accessible, private parking, in a wonderful family neighborhood of older homes built about 1900 – 1925.

We offer and believe in using 100% natural and/or organic bedsheets, towels, cleaning products, non-GMO.  We dry the laundry outdoors with the power of nature.

Hosts, Grace and Calvin, welcome visitors to enjoy the Old Town area of Fort Collins.
